Your supplement records stay on your phone.
Last updated: 27 October 2026. Everydayish is provided by Health3 AG, Wiesenstrasse 10A, 8952 Schlieren, Switzerland. Questions about privacy: privacy@health3.app. Support: support@health3.app.
Your records stay on your device
Your products, label photos, the text read from them, ingredient details, routines, what you record as taken, skipped or snoozed, supply counts, reminders and settings are stored in the app's private storage on your phone. Everydayish has no account and does not send these records to our servers or to anyone else. They are excluded from automatic device cloud backups; use Encrypted backup in Settings to keep a copy. Deleting the app deletes them.
Reading labels on your phone
Labels are read on the device: on iPhone with Apple's Vision framework, and with Google ML Kit text recognition, which also runs on the device, for languages the system reader does not cover and on Android. Your photos and the text read from them are never uploaded.
Google's ML Kit software sends Google technical information about its own operation: device model and operating-system version, the app's identifier and version, a per-installation identifier that is not intended to identify you or the device, performance metrics, settings such as image size, event types and error codes. Google uses it for diagnostics and usage analytics of ML Kit. See Google ML Kit terms and Google's privacy policy.
Anonymous usage counts
To learn which parts of the app work, Everydayish sends anonymous usage counts. You can switch them off at any time in Settings, under Share anonymous usage. The example shown before you add your own products never sends anything.
What is sent: that the app was opened; that a way of adding a product was started or finished, with how long it took, how many taps it needed and how many bottles were added; your answer to the in-app feedback card; whether you allowed reminders; whether the Health3 card was shown, tapped or dismissed; and an ingredient name the built-in library did not recognise, lowercased and cut to 60 characters. Each event carries the app version, the platform (iOS or Android), the app language, and a random session identifier that exists only in memory and changes each time the app starts.
What is never sent: product names, amounts, routines, intake records, photos, label text, backups, or any device, advertising or account identifier.
The processor is PostHog (PostHog Inc., hosted for us in the European Union in Frankfurt, Germany). IP addresses are discarded, no person profiles are created, and session recording is off. Because the counts cannot be linked to you, we cannot single out or delete yours; switching them off stops sending. See PostHog's privacy policy.
App lock, reminders and the widget
The app lock uses Face ID, Touch ID or your device passcode through the operating system; we receive nothing from it. Reminders are scheduled on the phone. The Today widget reads the coming days' entries from storage shared only between the app and its widget on your phone; with the app lock on, it shows amounts instead of names. Nothing from reminders or the widget is sent anywhere.
Backups and exports
Backups, CSV files and PDF tables are made only when you ask, and go where you choose to save or share them. A backup can be protected with a password (AES-256-GCM encryption). We never receive them unless you send one to us.
Links, ratings and feedback
Everydayish may show a card about our Health3 app; tapping it opens the App Store or Google Play with a campaign tag saying the visit came from Everydayish. Ingredient sources in the library open in your browser. Rating the app uses your app store's own prompt, which sends nothing to us. Choosing to email us opens your mail app with a draft that contains only the app version.
Optional purchases
Everydayish is free. If optional Everydayish Plus is offered, Apple or Google processes the payment and the purchase is checked on your phone through the store. We will update this policy before any Plus feature that handles data in a new way, such as adding entries to Apple Health, becomes available.
When you contact us
If you email us, we receive your address and what you write. We use it to answer you and keep it as long as needed to resolve your request and keep ordinary support records.

These pages use no analytics or advertising scripts. Netlify hosts them and processes ordinary request information, such as IP addresses in connection logs, to deliver and protect the site. See Netlify's privacy policy.
