Here to help.

Quick answers about scanning, reminders and moving to a new phone.

How do I add a bottle?

Tap + and choose Scan bottle. Photograph the front, then the ingredient label. Everydayish reads both on your phone and shows what it found; tap Looks right, choose how you take it, and it is on your shelf. You can also type a name such as "vitamin D3", or type a whole label.

Can I add my whole shelf at once?

Yes: + then Import my stack. Choose your bottle photos or photograph the bottles one after another, front then label. You get one list of bottles. Clear reads are added as they are and marked "not checked" until you open them; only doubtful ones ask for a look first.

Why does a label say "not checked"?

Everydayish never confirms a label for you. Until you open it and tap Looks right, its amounts stay out of your ingredient totals. Your routine and reminders work either way.

Reminders do not arrive.

Check that notifications for Everydayish are allowed in your phone's Settings, and that a Focus mode is not silencing them. Open the app once after restarting your phone or changing time zone; it plans the next reminders when it opens.

I forgot to log yesterday.

Tap yesterday in the week strip on Today and check off what you took. It is recorded on that day.

How do I move to a new phone?

In Settings, choose Encrypted backup (protected with a password you pick) and save the file somewhere you control, such as Files, iCloud Drive or a computer. On the new phone, install Everydayish and choose Settings, then Restore a backup. Everydayish keeps no copy on a server, so make the backup before you erase or replace your phone.

How do I delete everything?

In Settings, Delete entire stack removes your products, records and photos, and Delete local data removes everything Everydayish stored. Deleting the app does the same. Backups you saved elsewhere must be deleted there.

Write to support@health3.app. Your phone model, the Everydayish version (Settings, at the bottom) and what happened usually help. Please do not send label photos or health details unless you want to.
